We run estate sales in Kingman.
I'm Chris Taylor. My wife Katie and I run Taylor Family Store, our estate sale company in Kingman, Arizona. I built Estate Sale Room for our own sales, and I built FlowLister, the listing software resellers use for eBay. We've run sales since 2022. I'll tell you which mistakes cost us money.

What does it cost?
$12,000, one time. That covers the one-on-one mentorship, setting everything up for you, your first year of Estate Sale Room, your website and online auction, and optimizing it for local search. I can't guarantee rankings or customers.
What happens after the first year?
You keep everything we built. To keep using Estate Sale Room after year one there is a monthly software fee, and you will see the exact price in writing before you pay anything.
Is this a franchise?
No. You run your company under your own name and make your own decisions. You get our method, our software and Chris's time.
Do I need estate sale experience?
No. Chris teaches you how we price, stage, run the sale, sell online and clean out a house, then you work real sales with us.
Who will I work with?
Chris, one-on-one. Not a call center and not a recorded course.
Can you promise I'll make money?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. What you earn depends on your area, your houses and your work. We show you exactly how we do it.
