It is worth asking any company how it gets paid. One that also buys out estates or hauls off the leftovers can profit from the things that do not sell. Estate sales are all we do, so our only incentive is to price everything to sell and get you the most. Whatever is left over stays yours, to keep or donate.
Distance is never the problem. Most of the families we serve coordinate from out of state, so video walkthroughs, photo documentation, daily updates during the sale, and a certified check at the close are simply how we work.
