Hourly estate sale pricing
The published estate-sale rate is $120 an hour for the whole team (not per worker) for the work described on this page, including staffed sale days. It is not a flat fee for the whole estate, and it is not the same thing as the one-hour consultation. We do not take a commission from sale proceeds.

A one-hour on-site estate consultation costs $120. If you book an estate sale with us within 30 days, we credit the full $120 against your first invoice.

We aim to sell every item
Being paid for our hours instead of a slice of your proceeds means we are all-in on one thing: selling your estate down to the last lamp. We are experts in the local market and put your sale in front of a large buyer network we have built over years in Mohave County.
Local-market experts
We know what sells in Mohave County and what it is worth, so nothing valuable walks out for a dollar and nothing sits overpriced.
A large buyer network
Years of sales have built a big local following. We put your sale in front of the buyers most likely to show up and spend.
Priced to move
Our goal is a sold-out house. We price from real data and work the room so the most goes home with buyers, not back to you.

Pricing questions, answered
How much does an estate sale cost in Arizona?
Ours costs $120 an hour for the whole team (not per worker), with no setup fee and no commission. We put an hour estimate in writing after a $120 consultation, and most sales land between 20 and 60 hours. Nationally, estate sale companies charge a commission of about 30% to 50% of everything the sale grosses; we charge none, We do not take a commission from the sale.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. There is nothing due up front, no setup fee, and no commission on what sells. You are invoiced $120 an hour for the whole team (not per worker) for the hours actually worked, against the written estimate you approved, and you get a detailed settlement statement showing every line item the sale sold.
What determines how many hours my sale will take?
The size of the estate and how much of it needs sorting, the condition and organization of the home, access and logistics (stairs, remote locations, parking), timeline pressure, and whether remote coordination is needed for out-of-state families. We bill only the hours we actually work, so a tidy, organized home costs less than a full one.
What does a consultation cost?
A consultation is $120 flat, in person or by video for remote clients. We walk the property, give you a realistic estimate of potential proceeds, and put a written hour estimate at $120 an hour for the whole team (not per worker) in your hands before you sign anything. Hire us for a sale within 30 days and we credit the $120 against your first invoice. Phone calls are always free. You can book online.
What if my estate doesn’t have enough value for a sale?
If the value doesn’t justify a full sale, we’ll tell you straight at the consultation rather than run a sale that isn’t worth your time. Whatever doesn’t sell stays yours to keep or donate, and we’re glad to point you to local donation options.
