Our service

Two services: hourly estate sales and consultations

Taylor Family Store provides hourly estate sales and estate sale consultations. Start with a free phone call to discuss your situation.

A one-hour on-site estate consultation costs $120. If you book an estate sale with us within 30 days, we credit the full $120 against your first invoice.

The sale service

Hourly estate sales, on purpose

We never buy, take, or haul away your belongings. We run the sale and aim to sell every item, so our only incentive is to price everything to sell and get you the most.

We never profit from your leftovers

Our money comes from selling your things, never from buying or hauling away what is left. A company that takes the leftovers can profit when they do not sell. We cannot, so we price everything to move and aim to sell it all.

What does not sell stays yours

Whatever is left at the end of the sale is yours, to keep or donate as you choose. We are glad to point you to local donation options, but we never take, buy, or haul it away.

Priced from real resale-market data

We price from real resale-market data so the right items get the right money. Because we never keep your leftovers, we have no reason to overprice an item so it does not sell.

The Taylor standard

The difference is the incentive

A company that also offers buyouts or hauls away the leftovers can profit from the things that do not sell. We only run the sale, so it is worth understanding how the two models differ.
