For out-of-state families

Run a Kingman estate sale without flying in

This page is for out-of-state families who want the same hourly estate sale, not a different package. Start with a free phone call. The paid visit is still the one-hour on-site consultation. Where a sale goes ahead, the current process includes photo updates, a video walkthrough of the home, daily updates during the sale, a written settlement, and a certified check by mail.

Start with a free phone call.

A one-hour on-site estate consultation costs $120. If you book an estate sale with us within 30 days, we credit the full $120 against your first invoice.

Losing a parent or relative is hard enough. Doing it from 2,000 miles away, with a house full of belongings and a probate clock ticking, can feel impossible. It isn’t. We become your eyes in Mohave County for the estate sale, and your single point of contact while it runs.

Out-of-state families are the most exposed to being taken advantage of, because you cannot stand in the room and watch. That is exactly why our model matters here. A company that also offers buyouts or hauls away the leftovers can profit from the things that do not sell, by taking them cheap or reselling them later. We only run the sale, so our only incentive is to price everything to sell and get you the most. What does not sell stays yours, to keep or donate; we never take, buy, or haul it away.

Here is how it works from a distance. We send you a video walkthrough so you see every room. You tell us which keepsakes to hold back, and we set those aside for the family before the sale. We stage, price from real resale-market data, advertise, and run the sale, calling you with daily updates while it is live. At the end you get a written settlement and a certified check in the mail. After the sale, leftover items are the family’s to handle. We are glad to advise on local donation options, but we do not clear, ship, or haul anything.

New to the role? Start with our out-of-state personal representative guide and a step-by-step look at how families manage an Arizona estate without traveling.

01

We start by listening

Tell us the situation, the timeline, and who to keep in the loop. Local or out of state, the first call is calm, free, and no-pressure.

02

We assess and document

We walk the property, photograph everything, and flag valuables and keepsakes. Out of state? You get a video walkthrough so you see it all.

03

We run the sale and settle up

We stage, price, advertise, and run the sale start to finish, then hand you a written settlement and a certified check. What doesn’t sell is yours to keep or donate; we never take it. Out-of-state families get daily updates during the sale.

From out-of-state families

They were 2,000 miles away too

Chris and his wife Katie were a godsend when I was left handling my father's estate. He lived in Arizona and I am in Michigan, so that put a whole new layer of difficulty on the situation. They were so accommodating and helpful, very quick to get back to me. Chris has been in constant contact with me every step of the way. I could not recommend them enough.

We came from out of state after the passing of my father-in-law. Chris and Katie were kind, compassionate, understanding, and followed through with everything they said they would do. Communication was constant from start to finish. Our family truly appreciates you taking care of us during a very difficult time.

Christopher and Katie did an excellent job with our estate sale. We felt very confident in their honesty and professionalism. We were out of state at the time, but Christopher called every day updating us. We received a very thorough, detailed inventory at the end with a certified check. I highly recommend their services.

Out-of-state questions

Do I need to travel to Arizona?

No. We built our entire process so out-of-state families never have to fly in. We walk the home on video, photograph everything, update you regularly, and mail a certified check and a written settlement at the end of the sale.

How do you keep me updated?

Proactive check-ins while we plan the sale, plus daily calls during an active sale. You always know how the sale is going and what has sold.

How do keepsakes and family heirlooms get handled from a distance?

During the video walkthrough you tell us what to hold back. We set those keepsakes aside for the family before the sale, so they are never priced or sold. The family keeps and arranges them; we do not ship items.

How do I get the proceeds, and what happens to what does not sell?

Sale proceeds come to you as a certified check with a detailed written settlement statement. Whatever does not sell stays yours, to keep or donate as you choose. We are glad to point you to local donation options, but we never take, buy, or haul away your belongings.

Coordinating from out of state?

Call or send a message. We’ll set up a video walkthrough and a clear plan so you can settle the estate from wherever you are.
